Egypt has raised fuel prices again to align them with international market rates. The price increase is effective from 10th March 2026. As usual, the changes will push up prices for transport, food products, and other goods. This is the eighteenth time that the government of Egypt has increased fuel prices since austerity measures were announced in late 2015 to implement the economic reform plans.
