Egypt has re-raised fuel prices to link energy prices to the international markets. The prices increase is effective from Thursday 4th May 2023. As usual the changes will push up prices for transport, food products and other goods. Egypt has increased fuel prices since austerity measures were announced late 2015 to implement the economic reform plans.
